The DELLA CASA canning kit includes a universal attachment that raises your pot or saucepan by 8 cm. With the attachment in place, you can comfortably can even tall canning jars or stack several smaller jars on top of each other in your kitchen pot.

The steaming mat is equipped with heat-resistant silicone feet and protects the canning jars from the high temperature of the pot’s bottom.

The solid glass lid has a tight-sealing silicone rim and a vent for controlled steam release, which helps maintain the optimal temperature during canning.

A precise and durable stainless steel canning thermometer is inserted into the lid handle, displaying the temperature inside the pot. The optimal temperature for canning, between 80 and 90 °C, is clearly marked on the thermometer with a green segment.
