Customers can use Z-BOX in Galerie Teplice.
It is a self-service delivery point of Zásilkovna, thanks to which it is possible not only to pick up a package, but also to send it, without waiting for a courier.
The Z-BOX is located in the car park on the 2nd floor of the shopping centre near the lifts (section I).
How to get there?
- Shop in the e-shop, which delivers goods via Zásilkovna.
- Select delivery to the outlet in the basket.
- Search for OC Galerie Teplice and select Z-BOX
- Once you receive a call from Zásilkovna to pick up your parcel, you're ready to go!
- At Z-BOX, turn on the Bluetooth on your mobile phone and open the Zásilkovna app. Your phone will pair itself with the Z-BOX using Bluetooth and open the mailbox with your parcel.
